Despite the civil unrest and rioting at the time, Major Capers chose to honor his country and became the face of the Marine Corps recruiting campaign. He is still actively mentoring Force Recon Marines and has a special debriefing room named after him. The documentary aims to tell classified pieces of history and inspire others.
