I didn't want to change anything because we were already kind of sold the idea like all this is actually pretty nice . So we hired a Cuban chef . We just focused on improving the food , making sure that the roa VHA tastes good that the tropical chicken doesn't come out salty , that the shrimp and garlic sauce , that the sauce comes out .
