Well , you're not gonna be able to graze during the times that you might be doing a day damage .

But it's for the exact reason that if it's that 23 hour day phenomenon that it's like , you know , you said you're impressed , it is impressive . You know , it's so hard to control all of our behaviors and food being one of the hardest thing , you know , one of the biggest temptations for people , you gotta learn how to control that for so long and then do it day after day after day .
