So feel like I definitely it's definitely made a difference . So mental health, um, I didn't really prioritize that in high school just because I didn't have the resources for it . So being here, I definitely prioritize that resource to the fullest extent just so I am in that right headsp space and so I don't like backtrack to how I was in high school .
Always be determined, disciplined, and willing to work for anything . Put your mind to anything that you want . And always always pray .
Um, and I go to the University of Wisconsin Madison . Um, the best advice I've been given from my coaches or mentors, honestly, to just be myself, um, be disciplined, be be coachable . Definitely some things I try to prioritize in my training are efficiency of reps .

So, any chance I get, I am trying to do homework to get it done so that I don't have to worry about that like after practice . Studying anywhere, taking my computer anywhere has helped . Doing a little if I can has helped too .
