Like, are they uh a type of person to get mad, yell, or are they a calm person ? Are they the type of person to talk you through things and make sure that you understand where they're coming from and why they saw what was wrong was wrong?" what it's me what it means to me to be seen as a role model is somebody that is a leader that's going to take up for the team that's going to tell somebody when they're right or wrong . Um not going to let anybody just do whatever they want and then and not be okay when somebody else does it .
Um, and I go to the University of Wisconsin Madison . Um, the best advice I've been given from my coaches or mentors, honestly, to just be myself, um, be disciplined, be be coachable . Definitely some things I try to prioritize in my training are efficiency of reps .
Um when coach isn't looking, we're still doing the right thing, that type of thing . Final advice I would give is to stay true to yourself . Always make decisions for yourself .
