There's never too many questions to ask . I've asked, "What is that coach's training style like ? Like, are they uh a type of person to get mad, yell, or are they a calm person ?
Um, the best advice I've been given from my coaches or mentors, honestly, to just be myself, um, be disciplined, be be coachable . Definitely some things I try to prioritize in my training are efficiency of reps . Um taking advantage of all the opportunities I get .

In high school, I did I went to the chiropractor and got massages bi-weekly . That definitely helped me when it came to um injury prevention . The top challenge I faced was probably getting injured and then not having as many options as I would have wanted if I was at peak shape like I used to be .
So, any chance I get, I am trying to do homework to get it done so that I don't have to worry about that like after practice . Studying anywhere, taking my computer anywhere has helped . Doing a little if I can has helped too .
