They became popular very quickly through social media and Instagram , which I did not even have . I think negativity is very uh contagious and people don't realize it and you just have to think about what's around you that's negative and eliminate that because it's , that's also contagious . My work with balance is more of a goal which I'm totally getting towards and , but business wise , I'm happy I have a book coming out . My new book is Business is personal .
