I think negativity is very uh contagious and people don't realize it and you just have to think about what's around you that's negative and eliminate that because it's , that's also contagious . My work with balance is more of a goal which I'm totally getting towards and , but business wise , I'm happy I have a book coming out . My new book is Business is personal .
It's not really just about the booty and about the bikini . And I keep telling people just start , start somewhere , start small and make daily goals . Part of winning I think is meeting ourselves with love and kindness and compassion .
