Some of the best advice I've gotten from coaches and mentors just throughout my playing career , um , would be how you do everything or how you do little things is how you do everything so like , you know , sports wise how you watch film , how you do , you know , taking care of your body , really little specific stuff like that , um , that's gonna translate to like big picture stuff like how you play , how you execute stuff like that and . Like I can apply that to anything in my life like grades , you know , things on there , um , and then hear the message , not the emotion , um , you know , especially in like a college football setting um there's a lot of high emotions , um , you know , it's a very passionate sport and sometimes taking a step back from that and just kind of hearing the message of , you know what you're being coached to do .
