So obviously , like eating the most , like eating the best foods I can listening to Rachel and Peter and the nutritional staff is huge , as well as recovery after workouts with Coachannos and his team , just go hitting the tubs , going in the sauna , anything I can to get one step better and one step ahead our competition . So that kind of was the reason I got introduced to all these coaches that once you saw once also my great GPA , my great grades in high school helped me as well . So many contributing factors helped me get to where I am . Uh , I'm from the North Shore , Northbrook , Illinois , so it's very close to home , and also it's the best school that I had an opportunity to play sports at .

Just have an unrelentless work ethic and just go until you can anymore and just never say no and always just give it to you all whenever you can . Some of the most things I focus on my training regimen is obviously strength as I'm a football player and I'm a defensive lineman .
