I think we took a lot of time developing these recipes and I think that it really does show in the cuisine we're definitely known for our alta fried chicken . Hi , my name is Ray Du Bozos and I'm the sous chef here at Alta West Adams . I wanted to create dishes that I grew up eating soul food in a sense is , it's big .
