So we just really just combined everything we know growing up from the African to the American , to the soul , to the Latin and kind of just let it all marry and , and let it all just come out in the art form on a plate . This is probably the most interesting fusion of food I have ever seen in my life . Honestly , this is super dope .

We're really in essentials where we source our ingredients from . And our menu item kind of spans from a very healthy salad with kale and beets and yams all the way to short rib , grilled cheese . This is the salmon drop .
