Personal growth is a process that involves a continuous journey of self-improvement, learning, and development. It seems like you've recognized the importance of personal growth, especially during your college years. It's great that you're aware of the need to progress as an athlete and as a person in all aspects of life. Reflecting on your experiences and striving to reach new levels of achievement is a positive mindset to have. It's also important to find your sense of identity and express your true self, especially in the college environment where there can be a lot of influence from others. Learning to manage your time and mental well-being, as well as not comparing yourself to others, are important aspects of personal growth. Remembering to never settle and putting emphasis on both physical and mental strength, both on and off the field, are commendable attitudes to have. Keep focusing on your personal growth journey, and remember that it's okay to take your time to find your true self and pursue your goals. Keep striving to progress as far as possible and continue to learn and grow in every aspect of your life.

In college , the game is definitely more physical , so learning to adjust with that just is like everyone you're playing is much bigger and stronger , so just learning to . Adjust with who you're playing and um it's definitely helped me find my sense of identity when I'm playing just being more aggressive as a person I think in a younger level and juniors you're able to kind of get away with being less on the strong side and then in college everyone's lifting every day everyone has that strength and just figuring out what works for you . It's really important .
