Recruitment can be a crucial process, especially for athletes seeking to pursue their dreams and goals. It's important to show coaches that you are willing to initiate conversations and go after opportunities. One way to stand out is by demonstrating that you bring more to the table, whether it's through your athletics, academics, or your personality. Additionally, having strong organizational skills can also be beneficial in navigating the recruitment process. If you're looking to work with specific companies or programs, don't hesitate to reach out and initiate those conversations. And for athletes who may need support and mentorship, implementing a program to help them pursue their dreams is a great way to provide that assistance.

You're gonna have some athletes out there that are slacking , however they could already be on scholarship . So learn to just separate yourself from that crowd from those people and just show those coaches that you are different and that you bring more to the table , whether it's um through your athletics or academics or even your personality , you just have to show the coach is that you are different in that sense . So , um the biggest thing is to separate yourself from the crowd and remember why you're there and what your goal is and what you want to get to .
