I don't think anybody does it better than us and I think we'll do the same thing with the EV market as well . This is a place where you come early and you have a picnic , you meet with friends and family , you have a drink , you have a dinner to have this Toyota Lounge for our patrons to be able to come and enjoy the bowl and this really cool setup . It's an enhancement of the space .
And then on the hotel side , we have the Spanish rooms which are flagships and then we also have surf rooms . So there's probably a room for everybody if we're going restaurant downstairs the same , it's all Spanish style more like pay .
