We always pull two shots here . I think it's more of a , you know , like three cups of coffee in the morning , you know , just to get you going , get you fired up , get you to work in Australia . It's just a little more of a a morning ritual luxury as opposed to like a necessity .
And so you'll find uh it's also one of our oldest groves . And so the coffee is really matured here on this piece of earth . We have 11 different varieties that we grow , um which is each one has unique characteristics from and you can see it just in the size of its leaf .
People don't necessarily think of California as a coffee producer , but California produces a lot of diversity in crops . So we think there is a growing market here in southern California for fine coffees and it starts here on the farm . Well , here's to your 2021 Geisha are amazing .
