Right ? And all of a sudden you snapped into a new mental shift , um or literally playing brain games , playing Tetris on your phone , like any of these things , um can work in this acute setting .
Um when you're training hard to keep you go better , I'm not gonna ask you to share that now . But some people have this sometimes , right ? Or you may have this conversation with your athlete that we , we call this .
