You can accomplish it . And nine times out of 10 or 10 times out of 10 like there will be millions or like thousands or even like a hundred people that believe in you and can tell you that yeah you can do this . But you just have to find those people that are around there for you and ultimately it'll just be amazing and you'll thank yourself and thank your future self for just always going after and believing in yourself .
And that's when that was one thing I tried to like keep into focus when I was going through the recruitment process . And really grateful for the parents that I've had that always like encouraged me, never put any type of pressure like you have to do this, you have to go here, you have to go that . So ultimately, we did make it as like a family decision, but ultimately I'm like super happy that they were there to like be on this journey with me .
I go to the University of Wisconsin Madison and I play volleyball . One of the best piece of advice that I've been given personally is just go out there and just like give it your all and never like leave any regrets out there with just being present mentally, physically, and just making sure you're all in whatever you want to do in life . And that goes for the sport .
Don't let anyone say that you can't do something like don't let anyone dictate what you can do in life or what you will do in life . So believe in yourself cuz if you don't have the ultimate belief in you then you shouldn't expect anyone else to . So just go out there thinking that whatever you put your mind to like you can do .
But I think NIL is also helping us figure out life when life uh after the sport as a easy way and accessible and is incorporated with what we are doing . Something I'd say to younger athletes is just all don't let anyone like dull your shine . Don't let anyone say that you can't do something like don't let anyone dictate what you can do in life or what you will do in life .
