It sounds like you have a lot of love and passion for diving! It's great that you have such an amazing coach and supportive teammates. Given the intensity of your training and the fact that you had ankle reconstruction surgery, it's clear that recovery and maintenance are important for you. I understand that as a junior diver at the University of Wisconsin Madison, you have a busy schedule that includes eating well, lifting, stretching, dryland exercises, and of course, water practice. It's impressive that you've been able to overcome your ankle injury and continue to pursue your passion for diving. Keep up the great work, and I hope you have a successful and fulfilling diving career!

Eat enough, have the energy to do what you need to do . And especially in a sport like diving that's really mentally challenging, we need to have that energy to get up on 10 meter and do something that most people couldn't ever imagine themselves doing . So just overall having intention in what you do in everything you do is pretty crucial for me .
