So, I didn't send much many, like very few, but I got really lucky and was able to go to South Dakota State for two years, but then I transferred and I had this amazing opportunity to become a player at Wisconsin . I wanted to transfer from my old school because I felt like I wasn't getting the opportunities I deserved and I was being told that I wasn't as good of a player that I knew and my sister influenced my decision to come here as well to um be able to play with her again . I thought me playing over the summer before college was the last time I was going to be able to play with her .
You just have to be creative and find your own ways to get noticed by the coaches . The story behind my recruitment process, it's kind of short . I wasn't really instructed on how to send emails to coaches or what they're looking for .
But it's nice to know that I have family support within the team and that she is something someone I can rely on to push myself for sure . and to ask for advice for her help since she's been here the past two years . I wanted to come to Wisconsin because I'm from Madison .
But I think it's cool that we get this opportunity to be able to influence their brands by just putting our faces on it . Some advice I give to some athletes trying to get to the college level is to believe in yourself . Confidence is easy to fake and it is easy to see, but if you can believe you're confident, other people will believe you're confident as well .
