Ok . So get bright light of some sort early in the day . Ideally , sunlight , even on a cloudy day , it's going to be brighter than indoor light .

But that's why I don't like the change in the timing that they do . What do you do between 4:30 a.m. and seven AMI mean , I just got my computer , my phone so I get enough light .
