In order to improve your athletic performance, it's important to focus on both physical and mental aspects. Firstly, ensure that you're fueling your body with the right nutrition to perform at your best. This includes eating well-balanced meals and staying hydrated throughout the day, especially during competitions. Additionally, consider working on your endurance and overall fitness every day to stay in top physical condition. It's also crucial to take care of your mental game by shifting your mentality to be more process-focused rather than outcome-focused. This means concentrating on the steps and efforts you put in, rather than solely on the end result. Moreover, finding a balance between your athletic pursuits and regular life outside of sports is key. Remember to also prioritize academics when making your college selection, as this can have a significant impact on your overall well-being. Lastly, always give 100% of your effort, because often, coaches are watching not just on the field, but also when they think no one's watching.
