I play football here at the University of Wisconsin-Madison . Some of the best advice I've been giving is just to cherish every moment and , um , hound on your relationships that you've built at programs you've been at , um , just cherishing the moments . It goes fast .
We're playing the guitar and they're singing songs in the hospital and obviously that's a low point in their life and . To go in there and create a memorable moment for them , they look back on it and appreciate it a lot , and it brings a lot of good to me and my heart , and I see that I can really make a difference on and off the field . My goals now finishing my career is to obviously go play at the next level .
And then in game is 56 yards my freshman year , and I haven't attempted a further kick since , so yeah . Some final advice I'd give for you younger athletes is to just live in the moment and enjoy every day you have . High school and college are arguably the best times of your life , and being this young and being this able to go play a sport and not .
High school and college are arguably the best times of your life , and being this young and being this able to go play a sport and not . Get so sore and get so injured and feel so hurt all the time is a blessing in itself , and you want to take advantage of all those moments you're going to grow up you're gonna have years where you can go do something with your life after the fact , but you only have sports for such a long time , so cherish those moments and take it all in . My name's Nathaniel Vos and I'm the kicker at the University of Wisconsin-Madison , and you can check me out at Next Level Prep .
I remember being a freshman and being in here , being the little guy looking up at the seniors and . Thinking , man , I want to be in their shoes one day to go to the next level and be at that spot already and now I'm sitting here in my 4th year and being like , man , I wish I can go back to being a freshman and taking in more moments that you might have not cherished so much at the time and um just connections based . I think the universities you go to have a lot of connections that can help you move forward in your life after sport and if you don't utilize those or take advantage of all the events or donor events they're doing , you can miss out on a lot of opportunities that will help you later in life .
