I've been very clear with my managers on where I wanted to land where I wanted to go next . And then yes , as a part of that , uh there's a little bit of luck and timing the opportunity , the jobs have to open up , have to present themselves . But if you've been clear in terms of where you wanna go and you've done a good job , you've worked hard , uh , you've delivered for the company , for your managers .
When those opportunities do present themselves , you'll be there and ready to go . Just as a little aside here on the personal side , being at the right place at the right time has not only been an important part of my career , it's been a huge part of my personal life when nearly 10 years ago I happened to check in with my friend Madison who was lucky to have , it had broken up with her boyfriend the day before and I was the first person to know well , before she told her friends and word had gotten out and knew that timing was everything .
