Positive psychology is the scientific study of what makes life worth living. It focuses on cultivating happiness, subjective well-being, and positive emotions, and it emphasizes the importance of personal growth, positive relationships, and overall well-being. It's not just about feeling good individually, but also about the positive impact it has on society and organizations. Research shows that cultivating happiness not only leads to individual success but also contributes to a better world overall by improving the well-being of people and reducing job burnout. It's essentially about enhancing the subjective well-being of the world.
