there's always the fear of smacking . So, we have to be very prepared mentally to be able to give it our our full confidence and belief that we're ready to go when we need to go . I would say some of the other things that are very important are strength, um strength and flexibility .
It's not always going to be the big things, but the little things add up . I would say the most important things that we focus on, um, are definitely like the mental side of things . It's uh, in that aspect, um, diving is very scary .

Um there's a lot of ups and downs in our sport especially . Um, so try to keep a level head and there's always something that you can do to be better . Um, you know, whether that's pointing your toes or changing a little thing here and there .
