Having nice clean lines and just being strong makes everything that we do so much easier and it helps solidify that confidence that we need mentally in order to perform . for nutrition . Um, with diving, it's a little different .
And I just wasn't really into like the tingling feeling of preworkouts and stuff like that . And so, kind of like what we went back on things with nutrition, like it's very important what I'm putting into my body . So right now I'm working with a company that is a clean um energy high performance drink .
It's easier to do that when you're on top of your your weight, when you're in control of your weight . um you know, if you eat badly, that can affect your performance . Maybe you won't be able to jump as hard or you won't be able to spin as fast .
Maybe you won't be able to jump as hard or you won't be able to spin as fast . So, it's really important that we're taking in clean carbs and um you know, fats and sugars that aren't necessarily bad for you . They're not added sugars and um we're staying explosive .
We have to stay like explosive in a way . So, we're really emphasizing getting our carbs, um, making sure that our glucose isn't low, getting in an adequate amount of sugar, just eating healthy overall is really huge, right ? Cuz in our sport, the tinier the splash, you know, the more you score .
