I try to get 1% better every day and follow my dreams, because regardless of where my sport takes me, my academics, who I meet, and my experiences will take me further in life. My advice to younger athletes would be to keep following their dreams and aim to get 1% better every day. I am a pole vaulter for the YSU track and field team at Youngstown State University.
