I just want to cook good food . You know , this is a great place where we share opinions and , you know , at the end of the day , we have great food because everyone's a little bit involved . Not just , you know , myself or the sous chefs or , or the managers here , like everyone from the beginning of the day to the end of the day is somewhat involved in every little thing that we do .
It not only has a casino floor but it's a great place to come out and have a date night . We've got wonderful restaurants . I've been here 21 years .
You notice our bar kind of represents the agave plant being green and also want to be very inclusive with it being a really focusing on a community side where you get a whole picture of the bar and at any moment , anyone can be talking to each other from the art and really creating new relationships in downtown community . Everybody that we work with from ownership all the way down are very good people and obviously the food and drinks are excellent and speak for themselves . My personal favorite drink is the strawberry milk punch .
However , we've incorporated a lot of childhood memories from the chefs in our kitchen . We really wanted to specifically in downtown , create a community space for locals around here . Once you walk up the stairs , you know , people don't expect to come into this beautiful restaurant space with all these lovely plants , tropical plants and some cacti and just creating a different element .
