Some things that I have picked up on and really focused here at Youngstown are patience , being able to trust the process and just grind when you need to grind and your time will come when you deserve it like when you earn it , it'll always come to you . I balance academics with my athletic schedule with a very colorful calendar . I make sure I have it every day , every hour planned out to the T , and if it doesn't go that way , we're in for a ride that day .
And you put the work in you can do it . Some future goals that I have for myself would be to help student athletes maintain their health and stay healthy throughout their careers as I've always had someone there for me to make sure that I stayed healthy throughout my career . My personal brand would be health .
My personal brand would be health . Um , and health and academics , just always making sure you're doing what's right for your mind and body and keeping yourself happy , keeping your soul happy . If you want to better your chances to becoming a Division I student athlete , always , always , always put yourself in a space where people are better than you .

It's not always good to be the best in the room , but it is always good to be in a room with the best .
I competed at a conference and I was able to win my indoor race and then I became freshman of the year and then went on to outdoor and competed there . I think I maybe got like 2nd , um , but my sophomore year I really started to battle with injury and like this whole muscle imbalance where and that's kind of where my lows started , but I would always try to have a high . At some point in the season to make sure that I was doing what I could for my team .
