They were musicians . They all wore cool headwear and everybody wanted to know , where do you get that hat ? And an idea was born , grew out of Oceanside , California .

We had a really strong following from the southern California skate and surf community and the brand grew and I think the focus was timeless style where everybody can wear something that doesn't go from season to season , great quality headwear in a really underserved market by just selling small independent surf shops and skate shops . We started to sell bigger players and they wanted to see more from us before you knew it .
