I mean , it is basically spend some time being unhappy a lot of time , a lot , really just marinate in it and , um , get real comfortable in that unhappiness and then let it lead you to a place where you're just sick and tired of being sick and tired and you eventually come around to wanting to be happy just as much as you want to breathe .
