But I think for happiness , for lack of anxiety , for joy , for the journey that I want for every person in this room . One of the things to really think about is having empathy for the person above you . One of the things that I've seen bring enormous happiness to many people in my organizations , the companies I invest in the companies that I run and then just organizations , sports organizations , service organizations is when you in this room , let's just do a for instance , when you're working on something as an engineer here , right ?
