Pressure can certainly feel overwhelming, especially when scouts and coaches are watching you play. Remember that this pressure is a sign that you're doing something right and it's a privilege to have that kind of attention on you. It's important to stay level-headed, take the process one step at a time, and continue working hard through both ups and downs. Additionally, focusing on building relationships with coaches and getting feedback from them can help you navigate the pressure and improve your game. Lastly, taking care of yourself off the court, including getting enough sleep and proper nutrition, is key in managing the pressure effectively.
