Uh , my junior year when recruiting opened for me , uh , the junior year for swimming is , it's really about the fastest swimmers , the cream of the crop . Uh , if you're kind of like a mid-level swimmer , you're not really gonna see a ton of recruitment in your junior year , unless you're super fast . For me , it really picked up the summer before my senior year .

And um , be respectful , uh , respond to your coach , the prospective coaches in a timely manner when you're communicating with them or on an official visit or call , whatever , uh , just make sure you're representing yourself the best you can . And then make sure that The coach at the prospective college is . Someone that you can see yourself with 4 years , 5 years , however long , but the biggest thing is just be respectful , be authentic .
