To make the most of your training, it's important to practice or train as you would play in a game. Additionally, focusing on recovery through cold and hot tub treatments, as well as proper nutrition, is crucial to ensure there's no drop off in performance from practice to games. Some of the most important things that I focused on while training would definitely be my strength . I think that was a big transition for me at the collegiate level .
