The restaurant itself is really an homage to east coast seafood restaurants . Oyster bars , clam shacks and like that with an emphasis on sustainably caught seafood . We have not today , not in season but generally an oyster called Little Nam sk It which is from my parents' .
I do uh actually a beautiful salmon carpaccio with some uh uh truffle vinaigrette and uh I put a little ponzu sauce as well . This might be the best salmon carpaccio I've ever had . I'm the winner .

You guys that is so fresh and delicious .
