That's not your traditional American background , especially when it comes to flavor palates . A lot of people associate vegan with being either raw and kale or there's a bunch of really cool places that have come out that are burger concepts , but we are neither . I think the Hallmark of our menu is our sandwiches , our burritos , things like our Banh mi burger , no jalapenos .
