I , I always , when people ask like , you know , where do you label yourself as within the industry ? I say I'm an estate's advisor because at the end of the day , we're advising people on whether it's a good investment or a bad investment . If it's something they need to , you know , proceed , you know , proceed with .
And so is that , is that more so in like the property management type of type of field Yeah . So you can , you know , you can have a client or it could be , you , you could be owning a property or something . You put it on Air BNB , I've represented , I've had clients that have had , you know , tons of Air BN BS , whether it's in Palm Springs all over .
20 years , I know some people , some people be in real estate for forever , you know , and that's II I see myself being in it forever man . And you know , whether it's other business , you know , ventures that I plan on doing down the line , I can always sell real estate . I can always do that .
But then after that , I was just felt like , you know , I really didn't see myself modeling my whole , my whole life because of the day , man , that window it closes . So , um I figured , you know , at the end of the day , the richest people are tied to real estate , you know , at the end of the day , you know , uh when I was a kid , I used to always drive down , you know , neighborhoods and just say I wanna , I wanna build something or I wanna own this building . So then uh opportunity came about , you know , I was able to in turn get my feet wet .
You put it on Air BNB , I've represented , I've had clients that have had , you know , tons of Air BN BS , whether it's in Palm Springs all over . But of course , they're gonna take a certain percentage because they're gonna be the ones that are gonna be managing the property . Um , you have vacation rental by owner which is verb , there's so many , there's so many things like I said , you know , for , you know , for vacation type properties and stuff .
