What would you uh tell somebody that wants to start working in real estate ? What would be your advice , find your niche ? What is it , you know , that you feel you may excel at whether it's working with athletes , entertainers , first time home buyers , uh investment , you know , uh investment , uh you know , buyers , there's so many things , whether it's Air BN Bs , there's so many ways that you can nurture business and do well that .
Better figure it out . You get on youtube or something , get on tiktok , learn some ingredients . I feel it .
Everyone is doing , everyone got different body types and stuff like that . But if I could give advice , it all starts in the kitchen man , you gotta eat well , you gotta get in that gym , you gotta work out and stuff . But then the day people like to , you know , have that confidence fulfilled .
But also figure out what area you that you're familiar with and what area you see yourself wanting to , you know , you know , Mark and market a stamp because , you know , you could really sell real estate and do anything all over , man . So that's my , that's my uh my advice . So you don't need a , you don't need a , a specific degree for real estate .
You know , you on TV , you playing on ESPN and stuff . So you , you're the celeb , you know , so you gotta always hope that most definitely be well aware of that and like , like I said , when you're out in public and stuff , you know , making sure you , you really stay in the room because you know , you never know who's watching , watching and that's a , that's a true thing too and that's how you gotta always treat everybody with respect even if it is , you know , a trick you getting to know and stuff like you just never know , you know how it can affect me because you never know you might need them for work for business and stuff . So I'm always like whether you know , if it , it does last long or what not , but I'm always trying to be respectful with anyone I come across .
