Um , it could be something motivational , it could be something excellentos like training , it could be wish I talked to more people or just anything that can come to mind for that . For me , I would say I , there's never you can never start too early in the recruitment process . You can always be late in the recruitment process , but Um , you can never start too early and so I'd say if you , if you're even remotely interested in competing in collegiate athletics , I say start now .

You're practicing for 4 to 5 hours a day , which includes recovery time , and you're really , it's almost like a second job , and I say as an , you know , as an incoming freshman who is interested in competing at the collegiate level , um , just know that this is something that you must commit yourself 100% to .
