You need to be careful there for things like hamstring , uh an injury , especially if you're pretty fast . So you want to be a little bit cautious of that . But if you're doing easier movements , um like medicine ball throws or kettlebell swings or something , you could do those quite often as long as the volume is , is staying pretty low , last little piece here is progression .
