What was your inspiration to want to do a documentary on him ? So , our Marine Corps generals actually brought the story to me and they wanted to be able to tell stories and pieces of history that hadn't been told yet . And these are all classified missions .
Their folders were empty . So they actually went back to the original Marines and they rebuilt out through the Marine Corps history and museums , basically all of the original stories and they did , they just wanted to tell classified pieces of history that have never been told . I mean , that's what we learned from , right ?
