And Michelle asked , you know , Kai , how do you get there ? And I was like , I think it's commitment and consistency and I'm so happy to have the opportunity to uh practice commitment and consistency and prove uh that we can do it and we did and we're still going and it's been a really good journey . And I think that to you guys at home , if you guys wanna , you know , have anything in your life , I think that , that those kind of facets gotta be there and I think we put it into practice and really set a good example for people and I hope that they , uh I hope you guys have a good day because uh it's not always a good day , but again , we give a lot of insight with our guests or with Michelle with our words of acclimation to uh to , to help people understand how to have a good day .

Um and passion . Yeah , because no one's gonna do something 100 times without passion . 100 times .
It's kind of crazy to think that uh just uh in June that we be 100 episodes that went quick . Well , when you have a lot of fun and great guests and great chemistry and a great team , it goes fast . Time flies when you're having fun .
