So bungee fitness is , you use a bungee cord attach to sing and use the harness to add your um , gear and you exercise . The fun part of the bungee fitness is , is actually you can do things that are something you cannot do in real life using the bungee cord , like doing the inversion , jumping up and down to a handstand . It's very stress releasing too .
