Team success can often be attributed to a competitive and supportive team culture, as it seems to be the case with your team. Through healthy competition in practice, where everyone strives to be the best in their sport, teammates push each other to achieve the best results. Additionally, strong leadership and support from experienced individuals contribute to driving the team in the right direction.
